Fine Line Painting have been appointed as a Promat Recognised Applicator (PRA) for the Cafco SPRAYFILM® WB3 Intumescent Coating System.
Cafco SPRAYFILM® WB3 is designed and tested to AS 1530 Part 4 to provide a Fire Resistance Level (FRL) to structural steel. All Cafco SPRAYFILM® WB3 test data is in accordance with the BCA.
Application of the Cafco SPRAYFILM® WB3 Intumescent System will ensure that the steel member maintains it’s structural adequacy for the specified fire resistance period.
Fine Line Painting apply Cafco SPRAYFILM® WB3 in a professional manner in full accordance with the guidelines of Promat Australia.
All applications are supported by QA on-site testing of dry film thickness, surface temperature, residual moisture metering and weather monitoring. Fine Line carefully monitor and document the entire procedure.
